SO LISTEN / THE CONDITION MY CONDITION IS IN / BEACHES - The Film
LETS. BE. REAL.
This morning I woke up with some mad swollen lymph nodes on my neck and in the back of my skull (upper neck). When I looked at my alarm clock it said, “meeting”, but I took that to mean “concert”. I shut it off. I fell asleep. When I was asleep I had a dream that I was getting dressed for the concert. Oversized white T-Shirt fresh out of the bag complete w/ creases and some jeans. All tucked in, I realized
I HAD to get up and I WAS NOT going to the concert.
But then tonight, BEACHES the film aired on the television. And I LOVED IT. Sincerely. I caught only the tail end but as I have seen it several hundred times was well aware of the circumstances that surrounded its present moments. And I was captivated. “Yes!!!”, I thought. “Thanks God”, I thought. I like to watch the film alone so I can FEEL IT.
