The worst thing about the hiatus/cancellation of Best Week Ever is hearing these words: “Well, Paul F. Tompkins is no Joel McHale.” Really, people? REALLY? I know it’s all subjective, but I don’t even know what to do with that.
Go see Tompkins do stand-up. Trust me. Funniest man alive, bar none. Here’s hoping this frees him up for a better vehicle on a less-herpes-dating-show-focused network.
