The Kogi Truck
Caught it on Abbot Kinney on Saturday afternoon. Had a short rib taco and the sliders. Good stuff, but I think if I had hit it at a busier time I might have killed someone. As it was, I was forced to endure this conversation as I waited:
Woman: What’s good for HIM? (Gestures to child hanging on her back, who is maybe 2 years old.)
Kogi Truck Guy: Uh, I don’t know…Sliders?
Woman: (Scoffs.) Yeah. He’s having that for dinner, so…
That’s Abbot Kinney for you man. Sorry West Side but your moms are ANNOYING…
